Title: Senior Tax Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA – Hybrid
Duration: 7-8 months to start with likely extensions & potential to convert to Direct Hire
Rate: Roughly $60-$70/hour W2 + Benefits (Swoon covers 50% of benefits)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal and state corporate tax returns with precision.
- Analyze complex scenarios and provide thoughtful, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate within a small, dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Support income tax provisions with a clear understanding of related principles.
Skills & Education Requirements:
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Expertise in Excel, SAP, Word, and Corptax software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- CPA certification or a Master of Tax.
- Experience or knowledge in the investment management industry.
- Familiarity with Corptax Compliance, Provision, and Corptax Office modules.
